As Managing Director, you will be at the helm of REBLL’s strategic, financial, and operational leadership. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our direction, leading a talented team, and driving international growth as we scale. You will be the face of REBLL to external partners while ensuring excellence in internal operations, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute REBLL’s business strategy aligned with our mission and market positioning.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep the company innovative and competitive.

  • Represent REBLL externally with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant execution.

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Uphold internal governance, compliance (incl. data protection), and risk management frameworks.

People & Culture

  • Lead and support senior leadership, including Heads of Sales, Marketing, and HR.

  • Cultivate a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

  • Drive structured talent development and performance management.

Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and growth markets for REBLL’s affiliate network.

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and business partners.

  • Champion initiatives that expand REBLL’s global reach and network strength.

Authority & Accountability

  • Legally represent REBLL Network B.V. in all commercial, legal, and strategic matters as defined in the Articles of Association.

  • Enter into agreements and financial commitments within board-approved thresholds.

  • Provide regular strategic, financial, and operational updates to the Board of Directors.

Required skills:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in senior leadership—ideally within affiliate marketing, digital media, or a tech-driven commercial environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, especially in a scale-up context.

  • Strong financial acumen and operational leadership.

  • Excellent communicator, able to navigate international, multicultural teams with ease.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

  • Familiar with Dutch corporate governance and global business dynamics.
