We’re looking for a hands-on and inspiring Customer Success Team Manager to lead and develop a team of six Affiliate Managers.
Your mission is to guide your team toward strong, sustainable commercial results while nurturing long-term partnerships and ensuring a smooth, value-driven experience for our affiliates.
This role blends strategic thinking with day-to-day team leadership. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to support our growth in the casual dating vertical, while keeping your main focus on coaching your team, elevating client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Required skills:
5+ years of experience managing commercial client portfolios in a fast-paced, data-driven industry (affiliate, media, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred)
3+ years in team leadership or customer success management (leading people directly)
Proven experience growing affiliate programs or managing commercial customer portfolios
Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of commercial planning, pricing, and partnership dynamics
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
