A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior engineering management role, Head of Engineering role, or similar role.
Experience managing an engineering group of 10 people or more.
Experience being accountable for engineering delivery, people development, technical quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong technical judgment and the ability to participate in architecture, design, and technical planning discussions.
Solid hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with Python, Kotlin, or similar technologies.
Experience with cloud computing.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proven track record of delivering complex software projects or product platforms.
A strong AI adoption mindset: you actively explore how AI can improve engineering, product development, automation, and business processes.

It is a plus if you have...

Experience managing engineering across multiple product areas, platforms, or business-critical systems.
Experience working closely with product, commercial, operations, or other business teams.
Experience with AWS.
Experience helping an engineering organization adopt AI tools or AI-assisted workflows.
Experience with SQL, data-intensive systems, cloud-native architecture, or Infrastructure as Code.
